PROBLEM SOLVING WORKING

The current pandemic situation has forcefully emerged the problem solving as an effective way of working. This is applicable in all areas like social, family, company and individuals.

Social field

Everyone has to find ways to inform people about pandemic and prevention of it’s spread. Also help in drive of vaccination. It has been more so in India as rural population is surrounded with misgivings, rumours and wrong beliefs. This population is also poorly informed about scientific studies. In addition political parties and leaders who mostly are poorly informed, try to twist matters for political gains and grabbing power while exploiting them in various ways including payment of money. The work content of this field is ever increasing as people in this catagory are hard pressed fir livelihood and avoid to practice instructions. Any sensitive member in society has to act protecting themselves from getting sick. Health care particularly in India has not been dependable while agencies keep fighting on problem areas making problem solving more important.

Family

In pandemic situation we all have to give priority to own family to ensure their safety and keeping them free from infection. Individual willing to help others have to distribute his time and resources judiciously.

The problem of caring and advancing career of children and other members also takes priority and all problems are to settled regularly and promptly. This shows importance of problem solving in living for family. The government may not help and one must find alternative resources so that growth and development graph keeps moving upward. There may be many other obstacles not visualised earlier and challenges keep erupting.

Company and Organization

In pandemic running of business and operation of organization have been great challenge. People related problems have brought down earnings and profits. Abstention has made organisation ineffective and also weakened them. Uncertainties in coming days is also burdensome.

Solution have come up in the form of 'work from home’s but future if organization is likely to change. There will be problem of skill development and enhancement, which beed focussed attention.

Similarly establishment if new companies will pose new challenges. On line instructions may not find many validity as human interaction is very important. Thus work content in this area is very important.

Individuals

Everyone has to earn bread and facilities of different type. Family relationship are many times at odds and breakups may look almost certain. What will happen to kids when they get into isolation or with father or mother.

In fact this is most challenging area if concern and all other problems are brought forward from here. Individual has to keep himself healthy and happy and support all members in groups. They have to develop self and others. Problem solving method needs to be applied for early effective solutions.

Thus one can see how important it us to adopt this way of working fir today and tomorrow.
